We are seeking a Regional Demand Planner on a contract basis to support our customer's ongoing business needs. This is a fully remote role, must work PST Hours.

The North America Regional Demand Planner you will be instrumental in fueling business growth and optimizing inventory management through data-driven demand planning tailored to regional needs. Collaborating with cross functional partners, you'll forecast demand accurately and review sales performance to align with objectives. By staying current with industry trends and best practices, you'll drive innovation and process improvements in demand planning.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional demand planning strategies to optimize inventory management and drive business growth
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including sales, product management, and supply chain teams
  • Analyze data and market trends to forecast demand accurately and identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead regular reviews of sales performance and inventory levels to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the supply chain, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing contingency plans as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to gather insights and feedback on product performance and consumer demand
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in demand planning, continually seeking opportunities for process improvement and innovation

Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
  • Strong ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
  • Expert level experience with Demand Planning systems
  • Expert level experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
