We are seeking a Regional Marketing Execution Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of a regional field marketing plan aligned with sales objectives and market dynamics
  • Collaborate closely with line-of-business marketing teams to adapt global campaigns for regional relevance and alignment
  • Advocate for scalable marketing approaches while addressing regional business needs
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration
  • Partner with sales and partner teams to co-create initiatives aligned to regional priorities
  • Execute campaigns across digital marketing, in-person and virtual events, account-based marketing, and customer advocacy programs
  • Align marketing efforts with regional sales priorities to support pipeline and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with priority partners to design and deliver joint marketing campaigns and enablement programs
  • Equip regional sales teams with marketing tools, assets, and ongoing support
  • Maintain proactive communication to align stakeholders and resolve priority conflicts
  • Monitor regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to refine strategy
  • Use data and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize outcomes
  • Track and report key performance indicators, including pipeline contribution, marketing-attributed revenue, and return on marketing investment
  • Adjust strategies based on performance insights to maximize impact


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in field marketing within the technology or SaaS industry
  • Strong experience collaborating with sales, partners, and cross-functional marketing teams
  • Solid understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Experience managing campaigns across diverse regions and market conditions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance
  • Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Physical location within North America

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large, matrixed, or global marketing organizations
  • Experience aligning regional marketing execution with global go-to-market strategies
