Job description

Remote General Manager/Operations/Consultant need - Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Google SEO, ChatGPT Prompting, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Quickbooks Online, Flexport, Triple Whale

As a remote General Manager, you will be the cornerstone of support for the founder, inventor, and only employee since launching on Kickstarter in 2016 (Top 1% all-time Kickstarter campaign at the time).

You will manage a broad range of tasks that span administrative duties using Google Workspace tools, Gmail, and customer service via Gorgias.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to founder, managing email, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence efficiently with a keen eye for prioritization.
  • Use the Gorgias platform to deliver top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with speed and empathy.
  • Manage and optimize our online presence across Google, Amazon, and Walmart.com, implementing advanced SEO strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Engage with Flexport, our Import logistics and fulfillment partner, to ensure smooth operation and a seamless customer experience. i.e. resolving customer address shipping errors or replacement shipments.
  • Utilize ChatGPT for various tasks including, but not limited to, content creation, customer service responses, and operational troubleshooting, new ideas to help support and maximize founder's creative potential.
  • Analyze performance data across sales, marketing, and logistics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Klaviyo content development (ChatGPT) and deployment management
  • Support founder in project management and execution, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and aligned with the company's strategic goals of offering Four Seasons-style personal attention and empathy for the customer.

Qualifications

  • MBA Required
  • Proven experience as a GM/Executive Assistant/ Consultant or in a similar role, within e-commerce consumer goods and digital marketing fields.
  • A deep understanding of and experience with neurodiversity, particularly ADHD and ASD, and how to support individuals with these characteristics in a professional setting.
  • Expert knowledge in Google search engine optimization and a strong grasp of SEO best practices
  • Proficiency in using ChatGPT for a variety of business applications, including content creation and customer service.
  • Experience with Gorgias, Gmail, Google Workspace and other digital communication tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve problems in a remote work environment.

Location

This is a fully remote position, allowing the flexibility to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting 7 days a week for most likely 15-45 minutes/day.
