Job description

Part Time Research Analyst Role
1099 Contractor, with the potential for a longer term partnership
Hourly Rate $20/hr
20hrs/wk average


Specific research Project support needed, looking to identify companies that have between 1,000 - 5,000 Employees that have a portfolio of real estate for a corporate real estate advisor, who hekps companies with renewing/relocating leases trying to identify the correct targets for my services. Specifications include: Companies with 8-10 or more locations; Office or industrial but Headquartered in New York City

Support will be given by providing some of the companies that make sense but then research will need to be done to understand which ones are in fact the correct targets. This will be kept on a working shared excel/google document to start with details of the research/information found.

Ideal talent will have experience wtih:

  • Google Sheets
  • Excel
  • Dropbox
  • Outlook
  • LinkedIn
  • CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Uploading information into CRM's will be a huge part along with the research on target companies.
