Job description

As a Research Associate, you will support The Mom Project Labs as we shape the future of work. On project management, you will track all projects, align the organization’s various teams and make sure key projects are moving forward. You will coordinate communications, support meetings and execute on all stages of projects (internal and external), manage project deliverables and follow-up required. This role scales from administrative to integral research responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- Interest in the application of behavioral science research
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solid understanding of business strategies
- Fanatical attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple projects to success
- Excellent communicator and ability to work well with executives, and ability to lead and influence across multiple levels and functions of an organization
- Assist with the development of processes and procedures to maintain efficient operations and administrative systems.
- Facile with scheduling software, excellent note-taking abilities including real-time notes and transcription of interviews
- Comfortable asking questions to clarify requirements, propose alternate solutions, and further develop the deliverable
- Adaptable, able to manage dynamic requirements
- Independent and self-driven
- Ability to handle multiple (and sometimes competing) priorities
- Experience with market research
- High energy, positive and communicative
- Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and interest in learning new software tools

About this role:
- Full-time
- The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of administrative and project management or equivalent work experience
- In-office 4 days/week: WFH on Fridays
