We are seeking a Research Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote in San Francisco, CA.
What You'll Do
- Hit the ground running supporting existing programs and spearheading new programs
- Develop and pilot a new program aimed at decreasing research interview no-show rates
- Maintain the research repository, central knowledge library, by uploading and appropriately tagging new research reports
- Support the rolling research program by overseeing recruitment and technical logistics for weekly focus groups
- Maintain the calendar for research review and support program to ensure continuous coverage of research office hours
- Provide Q&A type support to members of the research panel when questions arise and/or troubleshooting is required
- 3+ years of operations/program management experience, with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibility (experience specifically in research program management is highly desired)
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher (or commensurate work experience)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working largely independently
- Program management and/or analytical experience and are comfortable getting to the lowest level of detail to solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Zoom and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Experience with Dovetail and Coda (nice to have, not mandatory)
