The Position:

Full time position (40 hrs.) available at our Residential Facility in Monmouth County, NJ. Responsibilities include direct supervision of personal assistant staff, managing staff and client schedules and on-call responsibilities, and caring for 6 individuals with physical and multiple developmental disabilities. Valid NJ driver's license required. Must be a team player with good communication skills, organized, flexible, reliable, and computer literate. New college grads welcome. Sign on bonus for full or part time Manager positions. Sign on Bonus- $1,000 F/T and $500 P/T.

We are based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural surroundings. This location is in Monmouth County, NJ.
