Job description

We are seeking a Retail Ambassador on a contract basis who will support the Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Orlando, FL.
Warehouse is open 7 days/week, 8 am - 6 pm, over 40 hours per week, 5 days onsite with 2 days off.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general stockroom operations and support sales floor replenishment.
- Stock, stage, organize, and transport merchandise between the stockroom and sales floor.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and scheduled inventory updates.
- Ticket merchandise and complete all price changes before placement on the sales floor.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure key items and top sellers are fully represented throughout the business day.
- Support receiving and unloading of merchandise, fixtures, furniture, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Assist with deliveries and distribute merchandise and materials to designated storage areas.
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient storage areas and ensure adherence to stockroom standards and safety procedures.
- Follow visual standards and plan-o-grams provided by planners and merchandise managers.
- Provide product knowledge support, including inventory levels and stock availability.
- Participate in annual inventory and assist in organizing and executing all inventory-related activities.
- Maintain assigned areas within the stockroom with efficiency and accuracy.
- Work cooperatively with other team members while remaining productive with minimal supervision.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical stockroom tasks, including lifting, transporting, and organizing merchandise.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual and organizational standards.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement between stockroom and sales floor.
- Flexible availability to work within warehouse operating hours.
