You are comfortable translating marketing campaigns into technical builds, and thrive in environments where you can collaborate cross-functionally while ensuring operational excellence at every step.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, optimize, and maintain marketing workflows, templates, and automations across owned channels (email, push, SMS).
  • Develop and implement personalization and dynamic content capabilities using HTML, CSS, Liquid, and Litmus for QA
  • Create and manage integrations between marketing platforms, data warehouses, and other internal tools, testing
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and campaign measurement.
  • Build complex experiment designs using Canvas
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance data quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign execution.
  • Stay up to date on marketing technology advancements and best practices to inform future development.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency with one or more enterprise marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, etc.). Braze experience and/or certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and scripting languages such as Liquid
  • Familiarity with APIs and data integration best practices—prior experience with Postman or other tools for QA is a plus
  • Ability to translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.

Hours and Location:

  • Core working hours: 10:00 am–5:00 pm US-ET
  • Hybrid role with 1–2 days per week in our Brooklyn office.
