The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a leading baby registry, e-commerce, and content platform for growing families, who is seeking a temporary Revenue Cycle Operations Specialist to join their team!
Must be available to work on-site in Severna Park, MD, Monday - Friday during standard business hours 8:30am-5:00pm EST,
Hourly Rate for this position is $25 - $36/hour
About the Role
The Revenue Cycle Operations Specialist plays an important role in supporting daily billing operations while serving
as the on-site lead for their physical office.
This role blends revenue cycle support with office operations and administrative work. You’ll help ensure critical documents are processed accurately and on time, while creating a reliable and welcoming on-site presence. You’ll collaborate closely with remote teammates and external partners, acting as a connective thread between people, processes, and place.

You bring
- Experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles;healthcare or insurance experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with care and accuracy
- Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information
- Familiarity with digital document and mail systems (e.g., Niko, Earth Class Mail) or the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Clear, kind, and effective communication skills, especially when working with distributed eams
- A proactive, flexible mindset and a willingness to pitch in across a variety of daily tasks
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assisting with daily billing and revenue cycle workflows to support timely, accurate operations
- Opening, sorting, and prioritizing incoming mail and documents to ensure they’re routed or uploaded appropriately
- Uploading and managing required documentation in Niko with accuracy and attention to detail
- Flagging urgent items, discrepancies, or issues and escalating them to the right partners
- Serving as the primary on-site point of contact and helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Monitoring incoming communications and responding or routing as needed
- Maintaining a consistent on-site presence to support physical office and billing workflows
- Answering live calls via Aircall during office hours, returning voicemails promptly, and directing callers to the appropriate team members
