Job description

We are seeking a Risk Analyst on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
Reporting & Compliance
- Develop and deliver ad hoc reports for Risk Working Group (Risk WG) and EROC, including KPI and KRI tracking.
- Execute audit and regulatory compliance responses.
- Draft, review, and maintain organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Manage the full TPRM lifecycle, including onboarding due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding.
- Oversee issue management inventory, remediation efforts, and closure of issues.
- Perform onsite assessments and provide reporting on critical third-party risk mitigation strategies.
Product Risk Assessments & Model Risk Management
- Conduct product risk assessments, facilitate business workshops, and deliver risk reports.
- Monitor remediation activities for issue management.
- Perform control analysis and documentation as part of Model Risk Management (MRM) processes.
Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA)
- Manage ERA program, oversee business submissions, and coordinate critical challenge sessions.
- Develop and review risk models; implement Integrated Risk Management (IRM) processes.
- Identify and escalate control deficiencies and significant operational risks.
Systems & Tool Implementation
- Serve as an advisory member for the ServiceNow Council, contributing to strategic platform decisions.
- Perform functionality testing, smoke testing, data migration reconciliation, and documentation for ServiceNow implementation.
- Oversee transitions for end-of-life applications such as Resolver.
- Provide consultative support for Regology implementation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications in risk or compliance (e.g., CRISC, CISA, FRM) preferred.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in Risk Management, with exposure to financial services or FinTech environments.
- Strong background in third-party risk management, enterprise risk, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and advanced Excel functions for reporting and analysis.
- Strong financial and technical acumen with proven experience in risk analysis and mitigation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
