Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with a global leader in the energy industry, specializing in subsea and surface technologies integrated projects, products, and services. Their mission and vision: to enhance the performance and drive real change in the traditional and new energy industry. They are looking to add an Accountant to their team! If contributing to breakthrough projects in a truly global playground inspires you, this might be the opportunity for you.

Purpose of the Role

  • The Employee Development Program (EDP) is a multi-year development program that provides entry-level engineers with direct experience in three different engineering roles, setting the foundation for early career growth and development.
  • Every six to eight months, the Rotational Employee (RE) will rotate to a different area, which could include equipment design, operations and installations, process automation and digitalization, the life of the field, and more.
  • In each of your rotations, you will be fully integrated into the group you are supporting, working on real projects with real responsibility, building your network, and gaining a holistic understanding of the engineering and execution processes.
  • The EDP consists of formal and on-the-job training, hands-on and design roles, and professional development with built-in leadership and mentorship opportunities.
  • We will work with you to define your rotation program.
  • At the successful completion of your rotation program, the RE and the EDP management team will determine the RE's placement into the organization that aligns with your career goals and meets the business's needs.

  • Provide detailed engineering planning and execution services for installation, intervention, refurbishment, and maintenance of products.
  • Configure controls system network and software communications.
  • Perform installation analysis to create detailed procedures and lift plans for equipment.
  • Interpret geotechnical data and field development plans to design foundations for equipment.
  • Manage subcontractors providing equipment for the installation campaign to ensure proper engineering design and manufacturing.
  • Work closely with the project management team, the customer, and offshore services for equipment support.
