We are seeking a Administrative Assistant on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is onsite in Tampa, FL.
What You'll Do:
- Greeting guests and "directing traffic"
- Assigning day passes to guests and tracking
- Assisting with conference room and hoteling desk reservations
- Access badge management
- Building access management
- Workorders (internal JLL and with the building management)
- Mail pick-up and distribution
- Package delivery distribution/notification
- Office supplies - tracking and submitting order with facilities
- Stocking and putting away office and kitchen supplies
- Office organization
- Service postage meter, copiers/printers
- Liaison with Facilities
- Daily servicing of the coffee machine (daily rinse, weekly deep clean, filling the consumables)
- Dishwasher - emptying, loading, running, putting away
- Greeting vendors and providing instructions
- Parking validations
- Tidying copy rooms (throw away old/unclaimed print jobs, old newspapers)
- Expense reports
- Printing/binding
Please Note: In order to create a safe, productive work environment, our client is requiring all contractors who plan to be onsite to be fully vaccinated according to the CDC guidelines. Prior to coming into our offices, contractors will be required to attest that they are fully vaccinated.
