Job description
The Mom Project is excited to partner with KARL STORZ US in their search for a Sales Associate. This role is onsite in West Palm, FL (must reside in the territory). Travel for this position is for customer site visits within the territory.

KARL STORZ is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our high-impact entry-level sales program. Reporting to the Region Sales Associate Manager and working closely with local Sales Executives, you’ll support sales efforts across all KSEA business units in your territory. This is a growth-oriented role designed to build the foundation for promotion into a Sales Executive position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales goals through product demonstrations, evaluations, and promotional activities
- Build relationships with medical staff and administrators in hospitals, ASCs, and offices
- Train and educate customers on product use and best practices
- Provide quotes, manage demos, process returns, and assist with orders
- Maintain territory records, submit reports, and complete required trainings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new products and systems
- Must be flexible to relocate for career growth opportunities
- Ability to conduct customer site visits
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel to El Segundo, CA office approximately once a year
