Job description
We are a dynamic, rapidly-growing life coaching startup based in the US. As a combination of a production and marketing agency, we support coaches in expanding their businesses by enhancing their personal brands, co-creating programs, establishing acquisition funnels, and leveraging paid media for revenue growth.
Position: Sales Closer
We seek a Sales Closer with outstanding communication skills in English. In this role, you will manage inbound leads and nurture them through the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new leads via email and phone.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads through the sales cycle.
- Conduct closing calls highlighting our value proposition (Group Coaching Program)
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Use CRM tools for lead management and follow-up.
- Make calls to an American audience.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in sales as SDR/BDR, preferably in life coaching or personal development.
- Knowledge of the life coaching industry and a passion for personal development.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive, Self-Starter and results-oriented mindset
Compensation is base + commission, commensurate on experience.
