Job description
Our partner is a global services organization offering innovation-as-a-service, product design, engineering, and growth solutions for startups and Fortune 500 companies.
We know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers, who can benefit from our services.
This role sits 100% remote and offers both a strong base comp ($55k+) as well as competitive commission (total OTE is $75k - $85k+)
As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and can showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Location: Remote with ability to travel; Texas preferred; flexible for ideal candidate

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with C-level stakeholders, educating them when necessary on our services and introducing them to the right business stakeholder for initial pitches and meetings
- Partner with other sales team members to quality potential customers in order to create a sales pipeline and ultimate drive new customers and revenue
- Respond with urgency to all quality inbound leads
- Proactively target named accounts and contacts after conducing through background research and identifying key people within the accounts
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
- Utilize cold calling, LinkedIn, and email to generate new sales opportunities and meetings
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Report to Marketing Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Work across time zones (North America and Europe)
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors in sciences, business, economics, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 2+ years experience in B2B sales or other client-facing roles
- Long-term interest in a client-facing sales career
- Cooperative spirit and driven to achieve results
- You enjoy learning in a fast-paced sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging outbound sales scenarios and business cases
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and methodologies and simplify them for the prospects
- Impeccable follow-up, follow-through abilities
- Native English proficiency
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and LinkedIn Inmail
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Crunchbase, PitchBook, or similar tool
- Proficiency with some CRM tool such as Salesforce, Hubspot
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Sales Navigator, Phantom Buster, LinkedIn Helper, Lemlist, and other such tools
- Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving pipeline quota
