Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a trailblazing sales enablement consulting firm founded by an accomplished sales leader. With a proven track record of success in the sales industry and a deep commitment to mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams, our client launched this venture to help businesses optimize their sales funnels, accelerate pipeline growth, and achieve their revenue goals. They are now seeking a self-motivated, organized, and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their 100% remote team and contribute to their mission of empowering sales teams.

In this role, you will work on behalf of various companies' sales teams, engaging with prospects, uncovering their business challenges, and guiding them through the sales funnel to set an appointment with a sales executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in our clients' services

  • Utilize a consultative, collaborative sales approach to uncover prospects' business challenges

  • Determine if our clients' offerings will meet the prospects' needs and effectively communicate the benefits

  • Engage with prospects, build rapport, and guide them through the sales funnel to set an informational appointment

  • Seamlessly adapt to various systems and messaging based on different clients' needs

  • Represent a diverse range of technology and services companies to help them build sales pipeline

  • Work closely with clients' sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while handling objections and rejections

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport quickly, uncover business challenges, and guide prospects through the sales funnel

  • Passion for helping clients solve problems through a consultative sales approach

  • Highly adaptable and able to switch between various technologies and sales messaging seamlessly

  • Organized, diligent, and comfortable with cold calling

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and navigate various software systems

  • Prior appointment setting experience is not required

  • Part-time, flexible work schedule (2-4.5 hours per day)
