Job description
The Mom Project is excited to partner with a software-as-a-service enterprise in the healthcare space looking to hire a Sales Representative to join their team.
About the Role:
The company is seeking an ambitious, self-starter interested in working as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) of healthcare related services. The successful candidate will be directly involved in all aspects of the sales and marketing process of the company.
The successful candidate will:
- ? Directly participate in Product Demonstrations and Sales Pitches
- ? Help identify and develop lists of new prospects
- ? Become a product expert and be able to articulate its features and benefits
- ? Use HubSpot as a sales engagement platform and follow up with those contacts that have
- submitted inbound lead forms
- ? Report directly to the CEO and the company founders
- Two years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare
- You have face-to-face sales experience
- Experience in developing sales opportunities and the ability to build relationships
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to market by different modalities such as targeted emails, calls, and social media
- Directly participates in product demonstrations and sales pitches in person and remotely
- Builds and develops leads in established and new areas
- Builds and develops relationships with prospects, newly signed clients and existing clients
- Successfully closes the sale of products and services
- Assists in the development of strategic sales plans
- Markets and promotes products through multiple media (print, online, electronic, etc.)
- Represents the company at events and conferences to promote its product and services
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances and prepares sales reports
- This is a part-time position for approximately 20 hours per week to start
- $25.00 per hour to start
- The potential for performance bonuses is possible
- Initial employment engagement is through the Mom Project on a 3-month contract. There exists the potential for the position to become permanent
- The position allows for some work to be performed remotely
