Job description

JETPUBS is an aviation services company that assists clients in improving the efficiency, safety, and compliance of their flight operations, in-flight, maintenance, and ground operations by delivering high-quality materials in print or digital formats. We also offer an Online Manuals Service (OMS) to help clients manage their documents and resources.

We are looking for a strategic account executive that can work with existing clients in a strategic manner that deepens the client relationship and provide this with a clear understanding of what they can expect from us. The right person is also comfortable finding new clients for our training materials and manual services.

Although aviation experience is preferred, we will consider the right persuasive candidate that shows a strong desire to ramp themselves up to speed quickly. If you have experience, expect to step it up a notch. We’ll reward your effort handsomely.

Required Skills

  1. Saas or similar consultative sales experience
  2. Salesforce CRM (or similar)
  3. Able to work productively on the phone for 5+ hours per day
  4. Sales experience required
  5. Strategic client interaction
  6. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms
  7. Tradeshow booth staffing experience preferred
  8. Understanding of airline operations highly beneficial

Typical Day

  1. Meet with existing clients on additional service offerings and discuss areas for service improvement to deepen the client relationship
  2. Design a custom solution using our existing training materials or manuals service offerings
  3. Review and update overall plan for care of top 100 clients to ensure we have a plan where we understand their strategic outcomes and they know what they can expect from us
  4. Work with internal team to ensure everyone is living the values of the corporate service culture
  5. Follow up with leads from trade shows
  6. Set up online demos with potential clients
