About Us
We are a purpose-driven apparel company creating the clean, comfortable basics for the whole family. Our products - from GOTS-certified organic cotton underwear to RWS-certified merino wool socks - are designed for sensitive skin and made ethically in Portugal and India. Every pair purchased helps feed a child in need. We have donated more than 450,000 school meals to date!
We’ve grown into a trusted brand among families seeking truly clean clothing, and now we’re ready to expand our footprint in the wholesale and specialty retail market.
Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our wholesale channel. This person will be responsible for building strong relationships with specialty boutiques, eco-conscious retailers, children’s shops, and lifestyle concept stores across North America (and globally, over time). We are a small team (4 full time and 3 part time staff). The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-oriented, and deeply aligned with our brand values of sustainability, transparency, and comfort. You’ll be the bridge between our story and retail partners who share our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a wholesale sales strategy focused on specialty and independent boutiques in key categories (children’s wear, sustainable fashion, gift, lifestyle, and maternity/wellness).
- Identify, research, and onboard new retail accounts that align with our brand values and product positioning.
- Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals across regions and accounts.
Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with retail partners through personalized outreach, excellent customer service, and consistent communication.
- Manage order flow, seasonal line sheets, and pricing communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) to ensure on-time deliveries and smooth partner experiences.
- Handle reorders, product education, and visual merchandising support for accounts.
Trade Shows & Outreach
- Represent our brand at trade shows, pop-up markets, and B2B events (e.g., Playtime, NY NOW, etc.).
- Coordinate virtual showrooms and wholesale platforms such as Faire, Abound, and Faire Direct.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Track performance metrics, analyze sell-through, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Work with finance and operations teams to ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and margin targets.
- Develop systems for forecasting and inventory alignment with wholesale demand.
Brand Advocacy
- Be a champion of our mission and values in every retailer interaction.
- Educate retailers on our product benefits: organic, toxin-conscious materials, GOTS and RWS certifications, and our 1-for-1 meal donation program.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or brand partnerships is highly preferred, ideally within the apparel, baby/kids, or sustainable lifestyle sectors.
- Proven success in growing and managing B2B relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with wholesale platforms (Faire, Handshake, JOOR, etc.) and CRM tools.
- Passion for sustainable, ethical, and purpose-driven brands.
Nice to Have
- Existing network of boutique retailers or sales reps in relevant categories.
- Experience managing or mentoring independent sales reps or agencies.
- Familiarity with Shopify, HubSpot, and wholesale pricing structures.
Why Join Our Team
- Be part of a fast-growing, women-led, purpose-driven brand redefining “clean clothing.”
- Work directly with the founder and marketing team on shaping the next phase of our growth.
- Flexible remote or hybrid role with an opportunity to make a measurable impact.
- Competitive compensation with performance incentives.
- Every sale you help generate contributes to our mission - over 450,000 meals donated to date.
