Our Customer is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting sales processes and systems, helping drive efficiency and accuracy across operations. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across systems; identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Analyse sales performance and provide insights to inform decision-making

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales operations
  • Partner with IT and Sales to implement changes that enhance efficiency

Stakeholder Support:

  • Respond to ad hoc sales support requests, providing timely and practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor reporting and share insights that support local and global sales efforts

System & Data Governance:

  • Ensure consistent and accurate data entry across Salesforce and related tools
  • Promote system adoption and adherence to data governance standards



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools like Gong, ServiceNow, etc
  • Conversational intelligence tooling experience a distinct advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data from multiple sources
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
