We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst on a contract basis to help our Customer build their next generation of internal tools. This is a highly visible, global role focused on scaling the design and execution of Anaplan for core sales processes. You will serve as a key partner to Talent and Sales Solutions, Sales Ops, and cross-functional partners to deliver best in class solutions that standardize, automate, and up-level the sales planning and forecasting processes. This role is a hybrid setup (onsite 2 days a week) in any of the following locations: Bay Area, NYC, or Chicago.

Responsibilities:
- Co-own the SaaS Business Process for current and future Anaplan use cases
- Perform data analysis and model setup tasks to ensure smooth operation of models, as well as inform design and delivery of features
- Build and continuously improve the Planning and Forecasting models, partnering with a team of model builders and process experts
- Partner with x-functional stakeholders to design and deliver new use cases
- Understand the current state and recommend innovative design solutions to complex processes, standardizing across teams when needed
- Ensure on-time delivery of project by hitting milestones, escalating blockers, and making trade-off decisions to prioritize features and capabilities
- Manage JIRA intake
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in an operations, consulting, or strategy role with an emphasis on building planning models, financial models, or transforming core sales processes
- 2+ years' experience using Excel and SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, other related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- Direct experience and exposure to Anaplan as a tool to drive sales or finance processes
- Experience transforming core sales processes (Headcount Modeling, Territory Planning, Quota setting, forecasting)
- Experience driving complex, x-functional projects with stakeholders across multiple internal organizations
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, backed by stories of effectively communicating and influencing senior management (verbal and written via PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated eagerness and ability to work in a high-growth, performance-focused environment with lots of ambiguity
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
- Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics
