Job description
Hotel Sales Presentation Enhancement Project
20 hours/week
$38-52/hour
1099/Freelance
100% Remote
Objective:
- To support Global Sales (GS) and individual properties by enhancing existing hotel sales decks for the Luxury, Lifestyle, and Managed portfolio. The goal is to ensure all decks meet brand standards and are optimized for B2B client engagement by year-end for 2026.
Responsibilities/Deliverables
- Enhanced Sales Decks for each hotel property in the portfolio, using existing materials as a foundation. Net new creation for any missing that align with brand standards
- Slide Notes & Bullet Points that reflect key messaging from brand and property
- Unique Selling Points (USPs) tailored for B2B audiences including group, meeting, & transient
- Final Formats: Editable PowerPoint files and client-ready PDFs.
Resources Provided
- Existing property decks and materials, if existing, from property teams to contractor.
- Brand-approved templates from the Brand Team.
- Access to GS feedback and prior deck iterations (if available).
Timeline
- Project kickoff: as soon as contractor is onboard
- Final delivery: TBD
Contractor Qualifications
- Strong design sensibility aligned with brand tone and style.
- Ability to work independently and manage communication with hotels
- Experience in B2B messaging and hospitality preferred.
