Job description

Hybrid - Atlanta, GA
20 hours/week

Small private dietary supplement company with focus on omega-3 fatty acid supplements is looking for an energetic, active sales person.

Candidate will be ready to wear several hats and won't be afraid to learn and try new methods!

We offer a unique supplement format (individual sachet serving) in crowded omega-3 category.

Candidate will be responsible for limited retail accounts, certain natural foods & vitamin distributors, with a focus on ecommerce.

Should be familiar with new product set up, running promotions, and the workings of ecomm platform sales channels.

Willingness and ability to assist with new alt selling channels such as Faire.com (wholesale), Tiktok Shop (direct to consumer) and direct social media channel selling a big plus.

Core responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media
  2. Effectively communicate the benefits of current offering to prospects and fully understand their needs before scheduling follow-up meetings
  3. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, wellness industry trends
  4. Conduct outreach as well as existing account maintenance
  5. Customer engagement

Qualifications/Skills

  1. Proven 6 years experience in retail sales and ecomm for consumables
  2. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  3. Solid interpersonal & communication skills
  4. Proficient user of CRM software
  5. Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
  6. Knowledge of outbound email marketing/sales support using Klaviyo a plus but not required
  7. Experience with Google Ads and Search a plus but not required

Hourly pay plus commission on incremental sales, i.e. new customers
