We are looking for a Salesforce administrator who will spend their time maintaining and improving Salesforce CRM. This role is ideal for a resourceful problem-solver who wants to be impactful in a growing, tech-focused, logistics company.
You will collaborate with executives, managers, and sales reps to plan and execute sales strategy within Salesforce CRM & during pricing events.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and permissions
- Maintain user roles, profiles, data security, and sharing rules to ensure system integrity
- Monitor and improve system integrations, including ZoomInfo, EDI/API connections, and third-party apps
- Work closely with the Marketing team to assist with data cleansing and uploading from 3rd party applications
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to automate sales workflows
- Troubleshoot user issues, support training, and document best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administration (Salesforce Admin certification preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flow, custom objects, reports, dashboards, & permission management
- Comfortable working in excel and ideally familiar with VBA and Python scripting
- Analytical mindset
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries a plus but not required
