Job description

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (onsite 3 days a week) in Atlanta, GA.
Skills/Experience:
- About 5 to 8 years of core salesforce development experience
- Experience in using content management systems like Alfresco and SharePoint
- Salesforce Administration: Understanding of standard objects, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
- Salesforce Configuration: Proficiency in configuring the platform without coding, including creating reports, dashboards, and Flows.
- Apex Programming: Ability to write custom logic using Salesforce’s proprietary programming language, Apex.
- Lightning Component Development: Experience in creating custom user interfaces with Lightning components and VisualForce.
- Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL): Ability to write queries to search the database.
- Salesforce APIs: Knowledge of Salesforce’s various APIs for integrating with other systems. MuleSoft experience a plus
- Salesforce integration: Knowledge of batch tools to integrate with Salesforce for example Informatica.
- Snowflake knowledge: Basics of SQL and DML and procedures
- Data Modeling and Management: Understanding of how to structure data within Salesforce and how to import, export, and manage that data.
- Salesforce Certifications: While not a skill per se, having Salesforce certifications (like Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, etc.) demonstrates a validated level of expertise.
- Change Management: Understanding of deployment tools and best practices for releasing new changes. Copado knowledge a plus
- Salesforce Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds: understanding of Salesforce’s various cloud services and their capabilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues that arise in Salesforce.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- JavaScript experience
