Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect – Service Cloud on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Work as solutions architect for service cloud implementation project with must have experience on CTI Integration, Knowledge Management, Live Agent/Chat, Omni - channel, Case Management, Nice to have field service experience.
  • Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce platform.
  • Analyze business processes, perform fit-gap analysis as required, and provide business teams with cost efficient proposals on inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.
  • Lead business requirement meetings to showcase salesforce out of box solutions and show art of possible customization which helps business to provide detail business requirements based on salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Create detail technical design documents with detail level of customization along with pseudo code for developers to work and configuration solutions.
  • Create functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams and development teams to deliver the technical objects.
  • Work with IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate business user meetings to review technical solutions as per business requirements.
  • Collaborate and provide inputs to the development team during development phase to meet the business needs.
  • Work closely with offshore team, managers to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.
  • Act as Senior technical architect and guide & mentor the team members in providing best technical solutions and do peer review and advice on areas of improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform with solution architecture experience in a full cycle implementation specifically for service cloud or field service.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce project implementations Service Cloud or field service including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages, etc.
  • Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
  • Salesforce Certifications of Admin, Service cloud consultant, Field service consultant.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
