Job description

Our Customer is an American worldwide clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are available in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.

We are seeking a Sample Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow
  • Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information
  • Communicate with Merchandising team to discuss arrivals and delays
  • Build rapport with Brand MAs
  • Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems
  • Support entire team with other projects.

Must-haves:
  • Experience in sample coordinating/management
  • Highly self sufficient
  • Experience in a fast paced office environment
