Weekly Responsibilities:
- Check requests on 4 different Sampling trackers for any new “sends” for the week (trackers include: Sales, PR, Consumer and Social)
- Package up requested products and collateral meticulously and beautifully
Note: Packages are a reflection of our Brand and Company and a high degree of attention to detail is required from understanding what products must be included to ensuring they are presented well. Resources will be available to assist in learning the Brainiac product portfolio and to answer questions initially during training/ramp up.
- Once packages are boxed and taped, generate and print shipping labels on label machine

Note: The above work can fluctuate on a weekly basis. Average 5-8/hours per week, but on occasion there may be 10-12 hours of work and or rare occasions there may be 2-4 hours tops. This all depends on the volume of send requests. The job will require coming to the Brainiac office at least once per week, and possibly twice if there are a lot of requests in a given week.
Skills Needed:
- Passion for and ability to execute on beautifully packaged boxes (the ideal candidate loves the idea of wrapping gifts at the holidays, not the person who dreads that time of year!)
