Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.
We are seeking a SAP Business Systems Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.
This role is responsible for analyzing complex business problems, configuring SAP logistics solutions, and supporting end-to-end system processes. This role requires deep hands-on SAP configuration experience, strong integration knowledge, and the ability to lead full lifecycle implementations. The position supports system design, testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across supply chain and logistics execution environments.
Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP systems within the logistics domain, including P2P logistics, purchase order creation, pricing, invoicing, and order processes.
- Lead integration efforts with 3PL partners using EDI; Salesforce or SAP CRM integration experience is a plus.
- Provide SAP SD and SAP PO configuration support as needed.
- Analyze complex business problems and determine automated system solutions, identifying gaps in existing processes and recommending improvements.
- Configure system settings and options to align with functional specifications and business requirements.
- Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; develop test scripts and perform documentation.
- Conduct end-to-end process analysis and support ongoing business operations.
- Design detailed specifications for automated systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with users to provide consultation in the area of SAP systems and automated processes.
- Support implementation and production environments; troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams to address system or process issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of SAP ECC Logistics functional experience (implementation + support).
- At least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP Logistics Execution (SAP LE).
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP OTC, SAP LE, intercompany STO, and EDI integration with 3PLs.
- Strong experience with P2P logistics and end-to-end SAP supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Experience in planning and executing testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and creating test scripts and documentation.
- Ability to express complex system concepts clearly through written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP supply chain and logistics execution processes.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce integration or SAP CRM integration.
- SAP SD or SAP PO knowledge.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level automated systems or web-enabled solutions.
