Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.



Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business problems and translate them into automated system solutions
  • Lead SAP FICO configuration and design to support financial business processes
  • Identify process gaps and provide technical expertise to define functional system requirements
  • Scale and enhance existing systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner
  • Configure system settings and application options to meet business needs
  • Plan and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and performance
  • Design detailed system workflows and automated solutions aligned to business requirements
  • Provide consultation and system guidance to business users on automated processes and tools
  • Lead or support cross-functional teams to resolve business and system-related challenges
  • Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide and web-enabled system solutions as applicable


Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent financial qualification required
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP finance modules
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration and system design
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting financial systems
  • Strong understanding of financial business processes and system automation
  • Ability to identify gaps and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
