Job description

Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.

We are seeking a contract SAP HANA Architect, to support our client's ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote in EST/CST hours.


Responsibilities:

  • Understands all options available and objectively presents those options to management and leadership.

Qualifications:
  • 10 to 12 years Industry experience in developing and architecture of software platforms, products.
  • 5+ years of experience in data warehouse application development with solid understanding of advanced analytics concepts.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in design & creation of models in HANA using analytic privileges & calculation views.
  • 4+ years of experience in providing technical guidance to team of at least 10-15 members.
  • Expert in SAP HANA with experience in ETL (BODS, SLT or SDI) and MS SQL Server.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture.
  • Prior experience in leading architecture activities including the areas of design, roadmap, & proof-of-concepts.
  • Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, managing multiple tasks/assignments with staggered due dates and deadlines through effective time management skills.
  • Ability to identify and communicate issues/risks while applying technical and root cause analysis skills.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active technical leader with strong decision making, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work within an agile development environment especially SCRUM using SAFe agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to earn the support of leaders and colleagues.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining sound and practical solutions.


Preferred:
  • Experience with HR/Talent data including HR/Talent data models, attributes, and concepts.
  • A background with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP ECC platforms.
  • A familiarity or history of working with data security and data classification standards.
  • History of working with distributed architectures and designing for scalability.
  • Experience working in a hybrid cloud/on-premises data environment.
  • Experience in Analytics tools such as Crystal Reports, Analysis for Office, Tableau and Qlik.
