We are a cutting-edge 3D staging and design platform that helps wedding venues attract more leads and book more weddings. Our custom Look Book software allows venues to showcase their unique spaces in a visually stunning and interactive way, making it easier for clients to envision their perfect event at the venue.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by prospecting and generating leads among wedding venue general managers, sales leaders, and event coordinators. You’ll leverage email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and cold calling to book demos for our custom Look Book software.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify key decision-makers at wedding venues (general managers, sales leaders, and event coordinators).
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and cold calling to engage potential leads.
- Qualify prospects and set up demos for our sales team to showcase Iris Hall’s Look Book software.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects using CRM tools (Close.com).
- Collaborate with the founders to refine outreach strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas for outreach and demo bookings.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (experience in the event/wedding industry is a plus).
- Familiarity with email marketing, Instagram, LinkedIn, and CRM tools like Close.com.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable making cold calls and building relationships with potential clients.
