Job description

We are seeking a contract Securities Litigation/Enforcement and White Collar Attorney Editor to help develop online legal products. We are looking for a self-motivated attorney with concise writing skills who can work both collaboratively and independently. This is a part-time, hourly role offering a flexible schedule and 100% remote work.
Part-time, 5-10 hours weekly
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Securities Litigation/Enforcement and White Collar Content Manager to develop, write and edit “how-to” practical guidance on a variety of securities litigation, securities enforcement, and/or white collar topics and trends
- Draft, review, and annotate practice notes, forms, and checklists
- Assist in content development by applying subject matter and practice knowledge
Skills/Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Member, in good standing, of any U.S. State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience with securities litigation, securities enforcement, and/or white-collar law and investigations
- Fundamental understanding of securities litigation, securities enforcement, and/or white-collar laws and trends
- Experience drafting documents relating to securities litigation, securities enforcement, and/or white-collar investigations
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills, including Microsoft Word proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
