Job description

Our Customer is seeking a Senior Account Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in NYC.



Responsibilities:

  • Analyze campaign performance data, guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, and identify performance trends.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve results and provide actionable recommendations for upsell and pitch opportunities.
  • Lead complex projects and work streams requiring strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with Sales teams (Account Management, Client Partners) and cross-functional groups such as Creative Strategy and Marketing Science throughout the RFP and pitch process.
  • Develop insight-driven digital video campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Create collateral for product updates, advertiser education, and best practices to support performance and innovation.
  • Produce best-in-class case studies to support ongoing test-and-learn initiatives across categories.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in the digital media industry with a focus on performance marketing, brand marketing, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
  • Experience partnering with clients to understand brand strategy, competitive landscapes, and business challenges.
  • Proven ability to translate data analyses into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with social/programmatic ad buying platforms, including campaign activation and measurement across Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion tactics.
  • Familiarity with pixel tracking and full-funnel optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting datasets and turning insights into recommendations.
  • Expert understanding of advertising performance metrics.
  • Deep knowledge of media management within biddable auction environments.
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and frequently changing environments.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.


Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads Manager.
  • Strong interest in social platforms and familiarity with emerging ad products.
