We are looking for a Change Management Senior Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA.
The Senior Associate will support and deliver change management initiatives across organizational transformation efforts. This role contributes to change strategy development, stakeholder communications, and executive-level presentations, with opportunities to support organizational design activities. Experience working with call center operations in a consulting capacity and exposure to offshoring or outsourcing transformations are valued assets.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Change Management and organizational transformation
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Organizational Design experience is a plus
- Call Center Operations experience in a consulting environment is a plus
- Offshoring/Outsourcing transformation experience is a plus
