- Review influencer content for quality, brand alignment, and platform best practices; provide actionable feedback
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing narratives
- Track and analyze campaign performance, generating insights to improve future strategies
- Support the development and execution of the B2B social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn
- Plan and execute social coverage for key industry events and tentpoles (e.g., Cannes Lions), including pre-, live-, and post-event content
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to deliver integrated campaigns across social channels
- Create and manage content calendars aligned to thought leadership, product messaging, and business priorities
- Develop real-time and reactive social content during live events to drive engagement and relevance
- Translate complex business topics into compelling, social-first storytelling for B2B audiences
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and workflows to support campaign execution and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional timelines and asset handoffs to ensure seamless delivery
- Stay current on social, influencer, and industry trends to inform strategy
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
- Experience across both brand (B2C) and B2B marketing environments
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and social-first storytelling
- Experience managing campaigns, timelines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns
- Experience with event-based or real-time social coverage (e.g., major industry events)
- Ability to translate complex business narratives into engaging, audience-focused content
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting large-scale events such as Cannes Lions or similar industry tentpoles
- Experience working closely with marketing, communications, and advertising teams
