Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business performance and improve decision-making processes..

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy: Develop and implement the organization’s data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Data Analysis: Lead the analysis of large datasets to uncover trends, provide insights, and recommend actions.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by establishing governance protocols.
• Business Insights: Use data to identify opportunities and risks, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with various departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support data-driven decisions.
• Reporting: Generate and present data reports and dashboards, highlighting insights that guide business strategy.
• Technology and Tools: Oversee the selection and implementation of advanced analytics tools and technologies.

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 3-5 years in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Utilize Power BI to create insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
• Data Analysis and Visualization
• HubSpot knowledge required.

• Utilize Power BI to create insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL, Python, or other relevant tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata to ensure data quality and consistency.

Translating Business Goals into Data Analysis:

• Collaborate with leadership to understand and articulate key business objectives.
• Develop data analysis strategies that directly address and measure these objectives.
• Identify relevant data sources and metrics to track progress towards goals.
