Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.

Senior Business Analyst, Collaboration Success is responsible for driving adoption of Collaboration technologies to increase workforce awareness and productivity. This role manages collaboration success & enablement processes focused on ensuring that employees have the motivation, ability, and knowledge to fully exploit IT-supplied collaboration technologies. This role will work closely with partners, such as corporate communications and line of business leaders, as well as other IT colleagues and technology vendors.


Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead collaboration success & enablement strategy and processes.
  • Identify, monitor, publish and manage goals and measurements to show collaboration success impact.
  • Coordinates multi-channel communications campaigns to drive technology adoption.
  • Collaborates with various stakeholders across unified communication, in-room experience & content collaboration capabilities stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation, management, and awareness of the centralized repository of technology enablement resources (videos, how-to, quick-start guides, etc.)
  • Facilitate or oversee enablement and awareness events (Ask the Expert, Immersion Experiences, webinars, lunch and learns, focus groups etc.)
  • Manage the bi-annual collaboration tools effectiveness survey process to establish and track promoter metrics.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and governance teams to identify potential improvements or impacts to customer experience and proactively manage potential disruptions.
  • Connect with line-of-business leaders to ensure participation in their events and team meetings to drive change management and adoption strategies.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends and leverage workplace analytics, usage metrics and survey results to ensure initiatives are driven by objective data.
  • Oversee network of enablement agents and champions, facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across the enterprise through regular engagement.
  • Participate in employee onboarding to highlight available resources and raise awareness of digital workplace technologies.


Qualifications:
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science/Business or related area is desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment.
  • Highly developed consultative, facilitation, project management and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, set actionable goals and drive metrics and execution.
  • Experience in running multiple cross-cultural/global teams and projects.
