Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business blue printing workshops
  • As-Is To-Be discussions and mapping of business process flows.
  • Gather requirements from Warehouse & Shipping department, analyze and provide solutions based on best industrial practices
  • Configure, Develop and test changes in the SAP Warehouse Management module for all requirements.
  • Working as single point of contact for configurations, development, data migration in Warehouse Management module.
  • Should be able to work with cross functional modules including Material Management, Quality Management, Production Planning and Sales & Distribution.
  • Document and train other teams for newly implemented processes

Required skills:
  • 8 plus years of experience in SAP
  • At least 3 end to end project implementations with hands on configuration experience in SAP WM module.
  • Strong knowledge in
    • Warehouse master data & org structure setup
    • Strong knowledge in Inbound process, Put-way process and master data.
    • Strong knowledge in Outbound shipment, Stock removal process and master data.
    • Warehouse internal processes & Posting change notice
    • Production order staging
    • Kanban material replenishment
    • Replenishment with in Warehouse
    • Replenishment between Warehouses.
    • Project stock management in Warehouse.
    • WM movement types
    • Special stocks
    • Cycle counting
    • Batch Management and Serial Management in SAP WM
    • Handling Unit Management/ SU management
    • Cycle counting process
    • Understanding of ITS mobile and RF devices with RF configuration & Queue management
    • Outputs, Label printing, Scanners ( RFID, 2D & Linear )
    • WM reports
    • Warehouse activity monitor
    • Integration knowledge of LE, WM, MM with SD, PP, QM, FI, CO modules
    • Working experience in LSMW, Batch job monitoring/ creation and IDoc Monitoring
    • ABAP debugging and identifying root cause of the issue for custom solutions available in the system.
    • Should closely work with security teams for roles and authorization.
    • Experienced in documenting Functional design specifications for custom developments.
    • Experience in stock migration during warehouse conversion process.
