We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant on a contract basis to work on critical transformation initiatives that shape the future of global real estate services. This role offers exceptional professionals the opportunity to apply their expertise in driving enterprise-wide cultural and operational transformation across one of the world's leading real estate and investment management organizations.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, combining strategic change
consulting with hands-on leadership to deliver sustainable organizational transformation in a
fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
This role is hybrid in Chicago, IL.
Hours: 8 am - 5 pm CST
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change strategy design and execution for complex, multi-workstream transformation programs across global business units
- Coach senior leaders on effective change leadership, translating change theory into practical, results-driven approaches
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted engagement strategies for diverse global audiences
- Create compelling change narratives and visions to drive alignment and organizational commitment
- Facilitate change workshops and leadership alignment sessions with executive and regional leadership teams
- Build and maintain change agent networks to support successful transformation initiatives
- Apply advanced influencing techniques to address resistance and build advocacy
- Perform enterprise and local-level change assessments to identify cultural, organizational, and operational risks
- Develop and execute communication strategies, training programs, and reinforcement plans
- Monitor adoption and change progress, adjusting strategies based on feedback and evolving challenges
- Provide leadership during critical transformation phases, supporting risk mitigation and crisis management
- Enhance internal change management standards and mentor senior change agents to build organizational capability
- Produce high-quality change deliverables, including playbooks, impact assessments, and governance frameworks
Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of change management experience leading large-scale, multi-geography transformation programs
- Deep expertise in change management methodologies and the ability to adapt approaches to organizational context
- Proven experience driving cultural transformation and influencing organizational behavior
- Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured approach to transformation challenges
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience supporting business cases and P&L considerations
- Ability to lead and influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills across all organizational levels
- High resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience in global organizations or complex, relationship-driven industries preferred
- Top-tier consulting background or equivalent corporate transformation experience preferred
- Formal change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong understanding of global cultural nuances and regional business dynamics
