We are seeking a Senior Client Marketing Manager, Buyer and Seller Programs on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Austin, TX.
As the Senior Client Marketing Manager, Buyer & Seller Programs, this role plays a critical part in bringing marketing strategies to life by executing high-impact initiatives that connect homebuyers and sellers with top real estate professionals. Working cross-functionally, the position ensures programs are strategically planned, flawlessly executed, and continuously optimized to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
This role is essential to strengthening the connection between consumers and real estate professionals by delivering seamless, high-converting marketing campaigns that support business growth while providing meaningful value to buyers and sellers.
The Senior Client Marketing Manager, Buyer & Seller Programs, is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive engagement and lead conversion among homebuyers and sellers. This position partners closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams to implement marketing programs that align consumer experiences with the organization’s tools and services.
Primary focus areas include executing key marketing cycles, optimizing programs for performance, and driving measurable impact for both real estate professionals and the buyers and sellers they support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support client marketing cycles for Listing and Seller initiatives, driving targeted campaigns that generate high-quality seller leads
- Lead and support client marketing cycles for Buyer initiatives, leveraging lead generation products and demand generation strategies to grow quality buyer leads
- Own end-to-end execution of client webinars and educational programs, including content planning, curriculum design, and high-volume attendance marketing
- Partner cross-functionally to support product launches and initiatives that align consumer experiences with client-facing solutions
- Optimize client and consumer journeys, creating seamless and high-impact touchpoints between buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales, and Product teams to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Analyze program performance, track KPIs such as lead retention rates and NPS, and refine strategies based on data insights
Skills and Qualifications:
- BS/BA
- 8+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing focused on lead generation, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
- 4+ years of experience in real estate, proptech, fintech, or related industries
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize marketing performance
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience launching and scaling marketplace or platform-based marketing programs
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience improving NPS, lead conversion rates, or engagement metrics
- Strong understanding of real estate agent and broker business models
