Our Customer is seeking a Senior Communications Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role will project manage global campaigns to drive positive buzz for the company across earned media and organic social. This Senior Manager will be a member of the consumer & events communications team, specifically supporting their Global Consumer Campaigns sub-team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage consumer campaigns end-to-end, from ideation through execution
- Lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Legal, Creative, and Social
- Oversee experiential production, creative execution, and campaign launches across online and offline channels
- Manage external vendors, agencies, venues, and freelance talent for large-scale activations
- Negotiate project scopes and production budgets to maximize impact and align with campaign objectives
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, tracking deliverables and mitigating risks
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including hosts, brand partners, and creative vendors
- Draft scopes of work, review proposals, and support contract execution
- Develop campaign ideas and conduct proactive partner outreach to meet campaign goals
- Track and report on budgets, campaign performance, and key insights
- Influence decision-making and remove blockers to ensure smooth project execution
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in project management, experiential production, or communications
- Strong knowledge of earned media strategies and consumer-facing campaigns
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving timelines
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution
- Passion for travel, pop culture, and trends
