We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Support market pricing execution through benchmarking, job matching, and salary survey submissions
  • Maintain and update compensation tools and trackers to support offer strategy and compensation consulting
  • Perform heavy Excel-based analysis and tool maintenance to support compensation processes
  • Support annual salary planning activities, including base salary and equity target analysis
  • Assist with equity administration processes, including new-hire audits and preparation of equity grant files
  • Support annual review and mid-year compensation cycles through enterprise-wide analysis and modeling
  • Pull, analyze, and validate compensation data and reports from HR systems
  • Maintain compensation structures and ranges within HR systems
  • Support job governance activities and job architecture initiatives
  • Respond to compensation-related inquiries through case management systems
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements
  • Safeguard data quality and integrity across compensation systems and tools
  • Build, document, and enhance compensation processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Assist with change management activities for compensation initiatives, including documentation, training, and communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR and business partners to deliver compensation programs


Skills and QualificationsMust-Haves
  • Proven experience in compensation analysis, including salary planning and support of annual and mid-year compensation cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation benchmarking and survey submissions (e.g., Aon/Radford, Mercer, ERI or similar).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience maintaining compensation tools and performing data analysis.
  • Prior experience pulling, analyzing, and validating compensation data from HR systems.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a compensation-focused role.
Additional Qualifications
  • Exposure to equity compensation administration and related audits or grant preparation.
  • Experience with Workday and/or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with compensation structures, job matching, and market pricing concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Self-starter who is adaptable and comfortable supporting multiple compensation initiatives.
