The Mom Project is excited to partner with KARL STORZ US in their search for a Senior Contracts Specialist.

Our range of endoscopic instruments for human medicine, veterinary medicine, and industrial endoscopy now includes more than 15,000 products. The most recent KARL STORZ developments are in digital documentation systems and comprehensive operating room concepts. As a system supplier, the company combines its expertise in endoscopy with software solutions to achieve integration in the operating room and to support clinical processes and resource management.

KARL STORZ is seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to play a pivotal role in managing complex contracts, ensuring compliance, and driving commercial success. This position offers the opportunity to shape strategic contract execution while collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.
Ideally, the candidate will be based in Los Angeles and follow a hybrid schedule, but remote candidates will also be considered.
Note: If a candidate resides within the areas of one of the company’s hub locations (Los Angeles, Stafford, TX, or Auburn, MA), a hybrid work arrangement will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations, amendments, and compliance initiatives to support business objectives.
- Advise leadership on contract risks and strategic opportunities.
- Develop and refine contract templates to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless contract implementation.
- Maintain strict adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or Paralegal experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of contract management experience, preferably in healthcare sales.
- Proven expertise in commercial contracting and high-stakes negotiations.
- Exceptional analytical skills, strategic mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
