Our Customer is seeking a Senior Copywriter on a contract basis to join the Growth Creative team, supporting the Canada, Australia, and New Zealand markets. This role will develop high-performing copy that drives conversion across multiple channels while maintaining brand voice. The ideal candidate thrives in iterative, data-informed environments and views copy as a growth engine. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Develop smart, performance-focused creative copy from concept to execution across paid social and CRM.
- Collaborate with regional teams (CAN, ANZ) to understand cultural nuances and gradually take ownership of messaging.
- Balance brand consistency with growth objectives, crafting assets that entertain, educate, and convert (measured in CTR, CPA, engagement).
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, CRM, Social, Design, and Analytics to deliver full-funnel campaigns.
- Incorporate AI-driven workflows (e.g., subject line testing, ideation) to accelerate production and explore new creative possibilities.
- Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns, sharing insights with stakeholders to inform long-term strategy.
- Identify opportunities across emerging ad platforms, formats, and placements, adapting creative to multiple audiences.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of copywriting experience with a strong portfolio showcasing paid social, CRM, and digital advertising work.
- Experience in Canada, Australia, or New Zealand markets — or proven ability to adapt messaging across regions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver performance-focused copy quickly and at scale.
- Familiarity with AI tools and openness to experimenting with emerging technologies.
- Background in high-growth, performance-driven environments.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Data-informed mindset, using metrics like CTR, CPA, and conversion lift to refine creative.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Deep knowledge of paid social platforms and their creative best practices.
- Hands-on experience with creative automation using AI.
- Strong visual sense and ability to work seamlessly with design.
