Senior Corporate Attorney

Our customer is seeking experienced contract Attorneys to support a variety of corporate legal functions. These opportunities are 100% remote and offer the chance to work with one of the world's leading technology organizations.

We're seeking legal professionals who thrive in fast-paced business environments, are comfortable partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and can quickly step into complex legal work with minimal ramp-up.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with strong in-house or enterprise legal experience who enjoy solving business challenges and serving as strategic advisors.

What We're Looking For

• J.D. and active bar membership
• Demonstrated career progression and strong tenure
• Experience supporting in-house legal departments within technology companies or other large enterprise organizations
• Ability to independently manage legal matters in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent business judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working directly with business leaders and cross-functional partners
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business areas and operate with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• In-house counsel experience
• Experience supporting Fortune 500 or enterprise organizations
• Technology industry or SaaS experience
• Experience working through legal secondments, managed legal services, or Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs) is highly valued
