Job description

Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Associate on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is onsite in Burbank, CA.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and manage website, ensuring that all content is on-brand, up-to-date, accurate using CMS and understanding of basic coding (HTML, CSS, etc.)
  • Manage online ticketing products within the website to ensure WBSTH is in compliance with advertising best practices.
  • Ensure website is compliant with GDPR regulations inclusive of management of all tracking tags and pixels.
  • Create, manage, and implement a CRM strategy in partnership with Corporate Research, Data & Insights Team, including devising appropriate data capture initiatives and engagement campaigns.
  • Create and implement online customer acquisition campaigns to drive sales using a variety of targeting strategies, programmatic and real-time buys, and other digital best practices. Achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Provide a proactive and forward-thinking commercial approach to the delivery of effective SEO and SEM strategies (Organic and Paid). Manage search budgets with the objective of maximizing online revenue and minimizing cost-of-sale.
  • Oversee effective and cost-efficient online media buying to support the acquisition/awareness objectives of the Studio Tour and provide accurate reporting on media spend/results.
  • Manage QA process throughout the duration of a marketing campaign.
  • Work with the team to ensure marketing databases are used effectively and creatively for driving revenue from consumers and trade partners.
  • Working with Marketing Manager and Digital Agency, develop on-brand engaging creative for use in all owned channels.
  • Working with a digital agency, optimize the online customer journey and steward the integrity of the Studio Tour website. Ensure vendors and partners produce quality work (technically functioning and of the highest possible quality for optimal user experience).
  • Research trends in advertising/marketing and brainstorm on innovative, first-to-market ways to debut content and create new digital programs.
  • Ensure online ads are delivered on time, to specifications and on budget for each assigned media plan. Provide creative direction with media outlets and partners.
  • Provide reporting through dashboards and analytic tools and present recommendations to shift or maintain digital budgets/campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate across the studio with other WB digital teams and consumer intelligence. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure we remain a leader in the attraction space.

Must-haves:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years website management and online marketing
  • 3-5 years using a Content Management System
  • 3-5 years experience using web analytics tools (GA4)
  • 2-3 years experience working with a creative tool like Photoshop
  • 2-3 years leverage social media platforms for paid advertising
  • Experience with paid media platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook, DV360, etc.)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand holistic marketing objectives and how digital marketing can help supplement the end goals
  • Ability to shift and adapt quickly and is comfortable with pivoting strategies
  • Experience in tourism desired
  • Entertainment Marketing experience desired
  • Someone who has been in the airline or theme park marketing business is desired
