What you’ll do:

As the VP of Recruiting Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our customer facing recruiting function. More specifically you'll:

  • Lead a team of Talent Success Directors responsible for executing vertical specific recruiting efforts and attracting new users and clients to our platform.
  • Have P&L responsibility for the entire Talent Success organization.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the recruiting function, streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

The skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed:

  • 8+ years experience of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years in a high volume environment (staffing agency, MSP or RPO) (REQUIRED)
  • At least 5+ years experience managing a large talent acquisition team
  • Experience owning or being directly responsible for recruiting activities associated with a $40+ million P&L - Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and adjust strategy as needed
  • Experience successfully managing a remote team
