We are looking for a Senior Employee Communications Manager on a contract basis to support the customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.

As Senior Employee Communications Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for driving effective, efficient and creative communications that distill and disseminate vision, mission, values, brand and strategy to employees on the site and across the U.S. Under the direction of Head of Employee Communications, you will draw on your proven expertise in employee communications to help bring the corporate narrative to life for employees as you tell the stories that articulate and proliferate our unique culture. You will craft communications strategies that help connect people to our shared mission and one another. In this role, you will apply your creativity and writing mastery to help innovate internal communications and elevate the employee experience.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help develop and implement internal communications strategies with a focus on increasing employee engagement, building community, driving business imperatives and reinforcing corporate culture and values.
  • Support implementation of corporate narrative within organization and ensuring delivery of holistic communications for site and field based employees.
  • In partnership with Employee Communications Manager, bring internal communications strategies to life through compelling content that integrates creative design, video and digital media
  • Support streamlined approach on site communications.
  • Serve as a collaborative partner with colleagues on broader communications team to help drive integrated communications execution.

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
  • A Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, public relations or related field
  • 10 years of communications or related business experience
  • Proven excellence in writing, communications planning and strategy
  • Passion for creative, compelling and innovative communications
  • High level of personal accountability, sense of urgency and true belief in the power of communications
  • Demonstrated experience/ expertise in internal communications and employee engagement
  • Experience in healthcare industry
  • Savvy stakeholder management
  • Proven ability in working with all levels of employees, including executives
  • Solid corporate and business knowledge
  • Ability to inspire and influence
  • Team player that enjoys building partnerships at all levels within an organization
  • Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects
  • Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
